Make plans to join us this year at our annual Fall Festival!
In addition to trunks full of candy, we offer games, food, cotton candy, popcorn, drinks, and the opportunity for your family to win a variety of door prizes!
We start at 4 PM. Come when you can and stay as long as you like. Tickets for door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening until we end at 6 PM.
Be sure to VOTE for your favorite truck! Give the ticket to the host of the BEST trunk. Stay to the end of the night to find out if your favorite trunk won.
When you arrive, look for the EVENT PARKING signs to direct you. Then, look for the EVENT REGISTRATION signs that will lead you to the REGISTRATION tent. There, you will receive tickets for your chance to win a great door prize (must be present to win), pick up a bag (if you don't bring one), and receive event information.
Many have made this a Fun Fall Family tradition! We hope you will too!
FALL FESTIVAL FAQs
How much does it cost?
The entire event is FREE! Mt. Alto is pleased to have you as our guest. All games, food, candy, and parking is completely FREE! The only thing we ask in return is your name and contact info for the door prize drawing.
What time does the Fall Festival begin?
Our Trunk-or-Treat begins at 4 PM and lasts until 6 PM. Come when you can, and stay as long as you like. You will want to register for a chance to win a door prize, play games, join in on the cake walk, take a hay ride and of course to eat! Also, vote on your favorite trunk. The winner of the best trunk will receive the infamous "Golden Pumpkin Award," so choose wisely.
What ages can come?
All ages! From kids of all ages to the kids at heart, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Because our Trunk-or-Treat takes place in our back parking lot, there are lots of trunks filled with candy and games to play at each one. This event is perfect for new walkers, or even crawlers. There is something for everyone!
My child is under 2 years old. Can they still participate?
Yes. However, we do not separate candy into age appropriateness, so we encourage parents to examine your child's candy before allowing them to consume it.
How old is too old?
This is a family event and we would love to have your entire family participate with us.
My child has special needs. Does Mt. Alto accommodate them?
Yes! We have had parents tell us in the past that our relaxed atmosphere for the Trunk-or-Treat makes it perfect for their child with special needs to participate. Should your child need to step away from the excitement for a moment we have grassy areas that can be accessed by wheelchair. Our playground is also wheelchair friendly. Our handicapped accessible restrooms will be made available for those that need them. Just ask any event staff member (they are the ones with a smile and a badge) for assistance. If you’ve never visited, we encourage you to email us at [email protected], if you have any questions or concerns about what your child’s experience will be like.
How will Mt. Alto use my personal information?
The information that you provide us will only be used by Mt. Alto to communicate with you about upcoming events held at the church. Mt. Alto will not sell your personal information to any organization or business. Mt. Alto will not share your information with any other organization, business, or church without your consent to do so unless required by law.
Will photos be made of me at the event?
We will have a photographer on site making images of the event. Mt. Alto reserves the right to use such photos for promotion of our organization. By attending this public event, and not being individually identified, there will be no reasonable expectation of privacy, intentionally or unintentionally, violated. However, it is the policy of Mt. Alto in publicly displaying, whether in print, social media, websites or any internet platform, any photo of you, your child of which you are legal guardian of, or individual(s) or group(s), to remove any and all photos upon written request of the photographer or the church office in a reasonable time period.
Is this a safe event?
Mt. Alto takes safety very seriously. Our event staff are trained to be aware and watchful of any suspicious activity. Staff members will be patrolling the grounds, facilities, and parking areas at all times before, during, and after the event. Medical personnel will also be on site should any medical emergency arise. Should you have any safety or medical concern please inform any Event Staff Member identified with a badge.
